The Wellness Insurance Network (WIN) program has been active for over 30 years and consists of a consortium of 23 Illinois libraries. WIN is currently in the process of adding more libraries to the plan.
WIN Group Insurance Meetings are held in the spring and fall to discuss the plan and ideas for possible enhancements.
